Bodegas Ego Fuerza Jumilla 2015

Regarding WharfRat's rating on December 19, 2018, WharfRat commented on December 24, 2018 at 10:35
I'm fine with the bottle and price and would have bought at least a half dozen if it was close to the description. Slightly better the second day, but it had a hyper-ripe element and just was not good. If there's that much bottle variation, not sure I want to experiment further.

What? I really don’t understand your thoughts on this one. Bad bottle? This is a really good wine that is drinking way above its price point.
Elegant nose of rich black fruits, cherry and dark flowers. Excellent black fruits on the palate with delicious fine tannins, just the right amount of oak, and great balancing acidity. It’s flat out delicious!
I have had the Infinito and while it was a very good wine this is its equal, considering the QPR.
Perhaps if it had a more prestigious label and cost $25 you would like it more? Sorry, but you really need to taste this again. I hope others taste this bottle and comment or leave reviews.
Still cannot believe your negative review, wow! Note that this wine needs to rest at least a week, and needs decanted and aired for 1 hour minimum.
A very solid 4.
Chateau Barouillet Or Extreme Monbazillac 2014

As I had hoped, this wine has lost its rough edge. Easy 3 or 3 now, at the $8.49 clearance price it's a bargain. Nothing that will inspire you to poetic heights, but something nice to drink.
I thought guessing the varietal was hard. Now we have to guess the origin of the barrels? Just curious, in what is the other 75% aged?

Maybe not classic Rhone perhaps, but I believe it has many Rhone like characteristics. It resembles a Rhone from one of the ripe vintages. 1989? Anyway I think this would really stump the Label Drinkers
