Capaneus, arrant pandering? Are you serious? To whom? Surely you do not think the majority of the electorate gives a rat's you-know-what about the PLCB? I am surprised you are supporting the Prohibition-era behemoth. Sure, some of the CS are good deals, but how many Cali Cabs do I need? I would rather have a large selection of 1er Cru Burgundies, grower champagnes and Oregon pinot gris than off-vintage overstock that wineries have been aching to unload. Open it up to competition, raise more money for the state. Enough already.
