Wine Connection Temporarily Suspended

Not sure when it happened but I noticed the wine club has been suspended until the fall. I would suspect another sale is in the making to get rid of old inventory. I've never been a fan of wine clubs. I want to know what I'm paying for before buy it. Anyone know any thing on this?

Licenses were able to order online until this month. Received a notice that said:

The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board will be transitioning from our legacy system to an Oracle ERP system. The next phase of this transition heavily involves our Wine and Spirits stores and our products. As part of this transition, the Licensee Ordering System which is found on the PLCB's web site is being decommissioned.

This might have something to do with it ... might not.
