Please join us on Saturday, September 20, 2008 to meet Bill and Roxanne Wolf, winemakers of Eagle Eye Winery in Napa, California. Bill and Roxanne will be at the Waterworks Premium Collection Store from 2-4PM. They will be pouring the following four wines for our customers. They will also be signing bottles for your collection.

Eagle Eye Sauvignon Blanc – 2005
- Eagle Eye 2005 Sauvignon Blanc has structure and complexity like no other. The color is a beautiful pale straw with aromas of grapefruit, passion fruit and hints of lime. Lively tropical citrus flavors fill your mouth on that first sip. The mid palate is clean and satisfying. A long crisp finish with lingering citrus will complete your taste sensation. Eagle Eye Syrah – 2005
- This Syrah 2005 is deep, dark, ripe and polished. Intense dried blueberry, cassis, black pepper and violets fill your nose and your mouth with that first sip. The addition of Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel add layers of ripe, black fruit with soft, fine tannins and a hint of spice.

Eagle Eye Merlot – 2005
- Eagle Eye Merlot 2005 is from the famous Truchard Vineyards in Carneros. The Cabernet Sauvignon adds a wonderful balance and harmony. Ripe, vivid blackberry, black cherry and currant flavors are rich and vibrant yet firm and structured. The bright red fruits explode on your palate and provide you with a long, lingering finish with soft tannins and complexity.

Eagle Eye Cabernet Sauvignon – 2004
- Eagle Eye Cabernet Sauvignon is from the legendary Rutherford District of Napa Valley. This wine is rich and medium bodied with soft chewy tannins. In the glass, it exhibits deep ripe red fruit color with flavors of blackberry, currant, cherry, cedar and dark chocolate. The long lingering finish is characteristic of the famed Rutherford Cabs before it. This is a food friendly wine that can be enjoyed now or aged for a few years to increase its layers of complexity.

Eagle Eye Pinot Gris – 2005
- Eagle Eye Pinot Gris is a unique blend of 90% Pinot Gris and 10% Chardonnay, both from the Oak Knoll district of Napa Valley.
