Italian wine lovers are invited to explore the Food & Wine Of Northern Italy at a 5-Course Wine Dinner presented by Enrico Biscotti and Dreadnought Wines at Enrico's in the Strip District, beginning at 6:30 PM on Wednesday, January 20th.
The Enrico Biscotti café, at 2022 Penn Avenue, is open 6 days a week from 6 am to 4 pm., serving torta Rustica (quiches), Pizzas made in their woodburning brick oven, beans and greens (vegetarian; kale, cannellini beans, garlic, olive oil, all steamed together), two different homemade soups, and big fat salads with field greens, blue cheese, cranberries, walnuts and roasted chicken from the oven.
They also of course, make their own desserts; Cannoli from Sicily, ricotta pies, chocolate macaroons, and so many other things.
The creative kitchen staff will be developing a special menu for this evening's dinner.
Enrico's also encourages you to bring your own bottle of wine, and what better than a partnership for this event than with their neighbor from across the street at 2013 Penn Avenue, Dreadnought Wines.
