2008 Pittsburgh Wine Festival

In case you haven't heard, the Pittsburgh Wine Festival is May 3-8, with the Grand Tasting on May 8 at Heinz Field. It isn't cheap but if you enjoy wine it sure is fun. Event details are at www.pittsburghwinefestival.com.

[Maybe I'm missing something but I can't seem to find info on the Philadelphia wine festival, which has traditionally been held the same week, with the grand tasting the night before or night after Pittsburgh's. If anyone has the details please post them here. Thanks.]

At the expense of stating the obvious, after a brief absence there will be another wine festival in central PA, but rather than Harrisburg it's being held in Hershey this year.
