Spain's Vibrant Rioja will host a 1-hour VIP tasting seminar starting at 12:30pm with wine educator and Rioja Wine ambassador extraordinaire, Marnie Old. The VIP Vibrant Rioja tasting seminar a dynamic tour of Spain's most famous wine region along with 8 Rioja wines not included in the Grand Tasting.
The grand tasting from 1pm to 5pm will feature over 290+ wines from around the world - a truly global wine tasting experience. This year's event will feature Spanish Flair with sponsor Vibrant Rioja's team in from NYC. Glorious wines from world-class importers featuring Rioja wines include: De Maison Selections, Frontier Wine Imports, New Age Imports and Alain Blanchon Selections to name but a few. Vibrant Rioja will have also have a table during the grand tasting along with a separate table for the PLCB's Chairman Selections wines.
Savor wines from the following great wine importers: Fruit of The Vines' Cana Selections, Iatesta Imports, DS Trading, d'Andrea Imports and numerous other fine wines from California, around the USA and world.
Capital Wine & Spirits and Majestic Wine & Spirits will have over 12 tables showcasing wines from the USA, Europe, Australia and South America.
Additional world-class wines poured at this year's festival include: Gérard Bertrand's Château Hospitalet, Pio Cesare, Robert Kacher Selections, Domaine Select Wine Estates, Segura Viudas, Gloria Ferrer, Hand Picked Selections, Marietta Cellars, Australia's venerable Old Bridge Cellars portfolio, Shiffrin Selections, Kysela Pere et Fils, The Wine Group, Vintage Imports, Cantore di Castelforte, Liberti Pincus Limited, Laird Wine & Spirits, Castle Rock Winery, DePrince Fine Wines and Vine Connections' wines and sakés.
Southern W&S will feature wines from Robert Mondavi, Clos du Bois, Franciscan Estates, Chateau Ste. Michelle and Ferrari Carano.
