I am not confident that our numbering is correct, but whether this is actually the 62nd event or "merely" the 60th is immaterial...it will be just as much fun either way.

Date: Friday, Nov 11
Time: 7:00pm
Place: Alihan's, 124 6th ST Downtown
Wine theme: Spain

I will be organizing a family-style Turkish meal for around $30 inclusive of tax and tip.

Assuming an open tasting, not blind?

I think so, bigred, unless there is a public demand for blindness.

I strongly recommend bringing your own glasses. And pens.

Declaring not necessary, but my plan is to bring a white or cava as an apertif wine, plus 2001 Faustino I Rioja Gran Reserva and 2006 Bodegas Del Rosario Bullas 3000 AƱos.

I'm very sorry but I won't be able to make it. Have a good time!
