i'll be just 1 too.
I heard the food is great here eatgaucho.com but I think its more of an "order at the counter" then go sit down" type of place. Which is fine but I think seating is limited and we would expect to be sitting there for a while.

Gaucho Parilla has spectacular food. The wait is not after you order - the wait is to get to the counter in the first place. Usually quite a long line out on the sidewalk on a Saturday evening....
