SLO clean-up?

Has anyone else noticed reductions in SLO listings on the Product Search Page?

I check the Product Search with some frequency, regularly checking on favorite producers that are sometimes available in PA. I always check Kalin Cellars and Edmunds St. John. For months, perhaps years, there have been lengthy listings of older vintages theoretically available through SLO. Not surprising, since we know too well that the SLO lists are not maintained.....until today - those wines are no longer listed.

Just curious whether this is coincidence or if there has been a system-wide effort to update SLO. Anyone else notice anything?

Yes - I know that regularly checing the Product Search page is a level of geekiness that few will admit to!

Thx

Since we are admitting geekiness, I have a spread sheet of around 100 wines I want to try and I check there availability at three different stores on an almost daily basis. I feel better now.

Brothers! Soulmates!

I run all sorts of regular searches: keyword "barolo", keyword given-Burgundy-or-Bordeaux-appellation, keyword "trockenbeerenauslese", stuff like that. Surprising what pops up from under a random rock, sometimes.

<hugs his inner geek-child>

I have noticed changes in the SLO listings, raised prices and such, but I hadn't realized they added up to a pattern. Good catch, Kevin.

Funny, I thought I was the only one who noticed this...on February 6th the public PLCB website had some sort of hiccup and half its product listings were missing. The next day everything was back to normal. So, no worries, the missing items were probably just temporary!
