J2K, thanks for the great list!

Oh Burgundy, why must you be so expensive? I already spent most of my budget on Jadot 03 Vosne Romanee (not showing as a Chairmans?), Aloxe Corton 05 and Blagny-Meursault 04.

Well... maybe there is a sale. There is a banner, yes. But the wines linked to are not discounted. And the one and only Jane - the only person in the entire system who can address any concerns with the online store, by pressing Option Four - is just a voicemail box, which is less than useful.

So anyway, placed an order, since they only had five bottles of the wine of which I wanted a half case (the Jadot Clos de la Commaraine). But I'm thinking this could get interesting.

Or not. Jane called back, and all was made well. Now considering buying some more...

According to a Reliable Source, the system should be upgraded later this year, with new functionalities, including visible stock levels. In the meantime, they're not kidding when they say these are "Limited Quantities".

Just got my order in!

Was hitting refresh every 10 min to see when the sale prices would be reflected. Already ran out of the Savingy Les Beaune La Dominode. Oh well, there's other bottles to be had.

Sale icon went on display a little before 9:00AM, but shortly after 9:00 only one wine out of 85 was actually showing a sale price. I didn't check everything but J2K's list above seemed spot on...having it available in advance was a big help, thanks for posting!

I e-mailed Pam Bernd around 9:20 and received a prompt response that they were working through the problem and sale prices should be up within half an hour.

While waiting and clicking refresh on my browser I checked stock on a handful of wines. The four shown in the online flyer all had between 50 and 60 bottles available, but there were only one or two cases of some others, and some showing less than 10 bottles.

The sale prices showed up at 10:00 (so I guess it's a 35 hour sale now? ;-). I got some Jadot Beaune Boucherottes and Latour Corton Grancey.

As I post this at 10:35 there are 79 wines left, so 6 have sold out...

Went back to order a couple of other things on the less-expensive end, and the Clos de Malte was gone. I'm glad I placed the order for the Clos de la Commaraine before they fixed the prices, otherwise I think I might have missed out on that as well...
