Noticed some new signage today for Chairmans Selections. Although the new color may take some getting use to, there is some useful addtional information on the new signs. Along with the usual tasting notes, they now include levels indicating the wines' body (light-full) and Dryness-Sweetness. Some signs also reveal the varietal percentages of the wine.

PLCB is always trying to help the wine consumers make educated buying decisions ;-)

The verietal percentages is huge. I hate it when I buy a wine, thinking it's majority (90% or more) cab, only to find out it's 55% cab with strange percentatges of syrah or merlot.
