Thanks DT. I've continued to check & using the FWAGS home page came up with the same 5 bottles on the sale page. I used the original post on PAWinetalk to get back to the page & just ordered another case. How did you get to the right sale page?

Yeah. That was a great score this time. I'm a little skeptical as to whether these wines are actually available. However, I got an email confirmation so we'll see what happens.

If you organize user the size label, all the wines will be listed.

I have a bookmark at work for the sale page. I check it every day. I ordered two cases this afternoon. Wanted to go back for more tonight, but the wine I was after is gone again. If nothing else - FWAGS makes it fun.

That's what is was doing. Here's the sale page that appears when I use the bookmark right now:

[url=] http://www.finewineandgoodspirits.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/CatalogSearchResultVi ew?level0=OnlineSpecials&level1=OS_Wine&storeId=10051&catalogId=10051&langId=-1

It shows 5 wines left from the original sale. When I used the original link posted by Mark on Feb 1 it went to the current sale inventory I bought from yesterday. Are you using that link or just a bookmark for the FWAGS current sale page?

If I interpret ecola's comments correctly, I think what he is saying is that once the list comes up with just a few wines, sort that list by clicking on one of the "Sort By" headers such as Size or Description, then magically many more wines appear.

jlburg - the link you posted above now shows all availalbe sale wine. FWAGS must have fixed it. I am using a modified version of the link Mark posted on Feb 1.

dontime - maybe they monitor PAWinetalk. I'm glad you gave us the 24 lead time so I could load up.

Mark - I tried that yesterday to no good end. Maybe admin can tell us how a 50-day old link can get you to a current page that doesn't appear when you go through the current front door. Of course admin's probably in Vegas or off drinking

I've only had a few & the ones I was stoked about are still to come. The Rocca Family '03 Syrah was good - worth the full retail let alone the sale price. Bigred would be in his element on that one.

Picked up the most recent order at lunch. Only got 11 of the 13 ordered but they credited the shipping even though the sale dropped just under $200. Very customer service-y of the PLCB.

Hedges and Apex were the best of my bunch. I mostly drink Napa stuff but both of those were from Washington State. Hedges was an excellent value @$10 or $12 I thought. Little dissapointed in the Joe Phelps Le Mistral, but for $10, again, I can't complain too much. Am really looking forward to this next batch-I hope I actually get the Louis Marinis from the 90s! Now I'm hoping for a big chard sale for spring.

Shorted one bottle on my most recent order. Did receive three bottles of the '01 La Jota Petite Syrah which I am looking forward to given bigred's comment.

Had the Corley Family Propietary Red 2001 last night & was happy to have picked up more at the Cyber Sale round 2 last week. I keep trying to evaluate the wines on their original retail basis but it's futile. The Rocca, Corley & Tablas Creek were all very good wines & the price just magnifies the flavor. When I think that everything I picked up was less than the Rock Block from last year, I can't wait for the next one

Check that. I just tried the Pine Ridge '04 cab and it is hands down the best one I've had out of this sale (good call dontime). I wish I would have bought 30 bottles of this wine.

Had the '95 Los Ninos last might with my ninas. Very nice. Well balanced. This vintage was Cab Franc as the second varietal & I could easily have been fooled into believing this was a mid-range Bordeaux of similar age. Glad I got a lot of this.
