This is a strange case. I saw that Cellar Tracker has this rated at a solid 90 in 22 reviews. However, those that have posted their notes here are less than enthusiastic. Wondering if some stores have oxidized bottles?

The Crognolo has a very earthy undertone whereas the Oreno is a polished wine. This will never be mistaken for the Oreno, but I think the cellar tracker 90 is a good score. Needs a year or trwo in the cellar.

I'd suggest buying a bottle to see if you like it.
